At the LOBERGER Wine Estate, man’s hard work takes the place of chemical pesticides and weed killers all throughout the year. In order to maintain the quality of our production we take inspiration from ancestral agricultural methods, which exclude all chemical as well as synthetic inputs and follow the tenets of biodymanics.
This principle is followed in all stages of grape harvesting carried out exclusively by hand. The thoroughness required during the wine making process can be seen in the way the sorting is done with outmost care as well as transporting the grapes from the vine to the wine press. The production is limited intentionally in order to prioritize the quality of production. In the cellar we don’t manufacture, we grow authentic wines.
The character and high quality of our wine are a result of our carefully chosen winemaking and aging methods.
